Reminds me of these TV shows on cable where they have a "drama" deadline so they flip cars for profit
Jeff,I totally agree,the guy only post cars for sale and the only time he ever responded on the main board is to talk up a car he has in the cl***ifieds. HRP
i can speak from personal knowledge about the show about flipping cars for profit. its all done by the cable chanel in question. the guys are awesome and build really amazing cars. most of the builds take a few weeks not the 7 days that they are edited into. they do make a profit to keep the doors open. but i agree about having to have a min number of posts before posting to cl***ifides.
Agree but they're not as bad as the dumb spammers that sign up. I belong to another car site and I'm amazed at the number of people that sign up there just to post a picture of their car, no intro, info, nothing, just a picture.

I'll freely admit that I have bought and sold in the cl***ifieds and have been fortunate not to have gotten burned but I do try and check the seller out by doing a easy search and asking questions. If the guy is new I am more inclined to keep looking. HRP

4t6ford I just sent an email to report this thief & see if we can get him banned. I have reported several posts that are spam & they are usually banned within an hour. We'll see how long this takes.

Jeff , there are a lot of people using the HAMB as another place to sell things on just like C/L . I am totally with you 100% on this one . I belong to many different car forums just like you do and everyone will NOT let you sell anything before you make anywhere from 10 to 20 posts before they will allow you to sell you single thing ! Then some even go as far as if you lie or misrepresent the item in any way , you are off the forum ! The way things are getting on the HAMB with these FNG coming here just to sell stuff , I am really surprised Ryan hasn't put a stop to that and put a CAP on so many posts you must make before you can sell anything ! It's getting to be like another C/L here with these FNG's . I would never buy anything from a FNG , period ! Jim
It is a catch 22 in some ways because maybe they are selling something someone needs. But the other forums I go to require 25 post before selling. I think it should be 50 myself.
It might be fun if we screw with this guy on the link above and ask him for some "tech help" via pm that He could post on the main board like pix of the GM tilt column install,what donor car provided the seats?what's under the hood? what motor mounts? pictures when under construction etc.If we get a stupid or rude answer we copy and paste and forward it to Ryan.
I love the cl***ifieds,and the message board,I have sold a few,bought a few,sold some parts,bought some parts,I have been blisterd and have dished it outBut what pisses me is someone taking up space in the cl***ifieds with pieces of **** and want or think it is worth $1,000,000 No seriously WTF are they smokin,Same people same cars.I feel like this if you sell a car on here make yourself a buck share some and get an allience membership and help the boys out running this thing
