I used to worry that I wouldn't have time to finish all the projects I had in my head. now I worry that I will.

I'm 15 and my biggest hold back is that my parents want their garage back. Oh yeah and money is a problem to. ha ha

I thought i was getting too old ,, when i got laid off .. I'm 56 now,, and was replaced as a tractor mechanic 2 years ago..owner said he can replace me with 2- 19 year old's who can run circles around me ,,and still pay them both less than what i make... i'm getting tore -up from the floor-up... all worn out..thought things were over..and hard to get a job at this age..
thanks to this site ,, I KNOW NOW that i am still young enough to be of some use..... even if it's just to me...
we are only as old as we feel...

My dreams limit my age........or at least the way I act.

Age not so much, I've learned to use the brain, not brawn to compensate for slowing down...

...the economy and the current state of the airline industry is what's destroying my dreams

I'd have to say age doesn't matter whaen it comes to goals.

A chance remark last Oct. at the salt has lead to the offer of a 300 MPH ride this year.

the only thing that limits me is CASH. then the issue of space. age becomes an issue when i gotta work on my back under a car. that ****s when you get older.

I turned 73 in December and have two cars under construction, but i do have to admit that when I think of another project I seriously take into account how many years it would take me to finish it. Dreams are good, they keep the juices flowing, but reality and age are what slow us down.

I'm 64 and have back problems (disabled) from working construction as a young man plus arthritis in my knees and back. A friend told me that "your body is now cashing the checks that you wrote out when you were Superman!" and boy is that true.
A year ago last June I went to Idaho and drove an old truck home to Ohio and in a few months I plan to drive another car from California to Ohio. The way I figure it is I can stop anytime I'm on the road and walk it off.
I love going to small car shows and runs even if it takes all day to get there, my biggest issue now is the cost as I'm on a fixed income.
