Technical Dolphin pulse generator

    Is there anyone out there using the pulse generator on there dolphin gauges .I bought one off EBay (1st mistake) and cant get the thing stop leaking fluid out between the large nut and small nut were it swivels ,can any one shine a light on this issue .Thanks

    The last one I worked on the nut on the transmission side was too deep and bottomed out on the transmission speedo adapter before it squeezed the O ring inside. Trimmed a little off it with a lathe. If you're getting that much fluid leakage you may want to look at the seal in the speedometer gear housing.

    [​IMG]It came with 3 seals one on outer housing one for inner small shaft but not sure where the 3rd one goes ,trying to get a hold of the Dolphin tec support is like pulling teeth ,hope this will help see what I'm working with .
