Don Langford (1930-2003) owned 101 Speed Automotive on Pacific Coast Highway in Wilmington ,CA ( LA Harbor) in the 60s and 70s. He was a life long Hot Rodder and Drag Racer. He lost his arm in a wreck driving this Olds Digger. That did not stop him and he continued to build engines and cars for all types of motorsports. Don was famous in the late 70s and early 80s for installing dual quads on Ferraris,Lambos and Maseratis. Not only did they pass the strict Fed tests ,they hauled ass! Don built for himself a Ferrarri 308 V8 powered Dune Buggy that ran in the Mickey Thompson series. He was a wild man all the way to the end when Diabities and Viagra took his sight and soon after cancer took him. R.I.P.Don
