YES! I told my roomate it wasnt true, he didnt believe me, so I found him pics

The car isnt as great as I expected

just noticed something odd too, the car was NOT finished in the designated time:

no headlights, grill shell, and that leather on the visor wasnt there, and also in the show they put on a 4 barrel cause the deuces didnt work now at the end of the show its got deuces again

I dig the car, the motor is cool and sounds insane. I guess that's the 600hp speaking. The leatherwork is amazing, but doesn't fit with the car IMO.

I wonder if we'll see it the HAMB drags? haha.

    Sucks about the puppy. :(

Man, us east coast guys look like shit thanks to Randy's attitude. That car wasn't half as cool as that '54. That car is meant for 'Ol Skool Rodz. "Mechanical fans suck"...because in 1956 you could order your custom aluminum radiator and electric fan. Total product plug. If they have enough money to blow on a $16,000 car they were gonna cut up anyway, they could have bought a $10,000 car that would have ben just as decent and spent the rest on a posi rear, some wide whites, finned valve covers and a good set of small base Rochesters. Because 600+ hp stands a chance of getting hooked up on skinny tires and a open rear. What a disappointment, and through no fault of the builders.

Good to see some familar faces on there though, good to see the East Coast represent just a little

I still gotta say I like the 54 chevy better, the car came out awesome the chop, paint and the stance was perfect...hey Joe I think they did put finned valve covers on at the end the show when it was back to Cali but stil it need whitewalls or something.

    Whah...
    The dog died?
I walk away for a few seconds at the end of the show to tuck the little lady into bed and I missed the dog dying?
    Bummer....

I wish that I could have gotten my hands on that A before they touched it.
Looked like a great solid starting point.

    The stance was right on!

I musta missed the channeling part of the show...
    Damn Rum!

All in all i liked the car. I woulda liked it lower in the front but i don't think it really could have. I didn't like the screen in front of the rad but i guess that's a dirt trakin thing.

Man I cannot believe how Jesse kept his cool during the show. I'm sorry if that guy is a friend of some of you guy's but you don't start shittin' in somebody elses yard. When I'm in somebody elses place I keep my mouth shut and listen then ask questions when needed or make suggestions, not bark orders and make descions for them. I'm surprised that they didn't buy rebuilt or brand new carbs for the trips. I thought that was a cool build. Maybe the inflated prices they listed will keep alot of people away:D. later shawn

PS. That leather work was out of this world.

  16. Dude, no one informed me to come on the show? Whats up with that?

Where did they throw that 4 banger, i want it!

I liked this build, but the 54 Chevy build was more informative IMHO. I know they edit these programs to be what they want them to be. That being said, that guy still gave them plenty of asshole moments to edit into some drama.

WTF are you talking about. Like you could do better? I think they did OK with it. If the asshat would have worked half as much as he talked they might have gotten it done early.

I liked the car. The show could've been more informative but they spent to much time on the asshat with an attitude from Boston.

One fucktard does not a good TV show make. They shoulda pitched him.

I liked the hell out of that chop.

  25. That show was lame. Just another American Chopper style soap opera. Big deal, they chopped the top on a cherry tudor. JJ asked the guys if they knew what they were doing but we don't know if they did or not.

They knew how to mount a crate motor. They knew how to bolt a junkyard gas tank under the back window. They mounted a billet car radiator because that's the brand he uses.

We didn't see the channel job, the chassis mods, front suspension, what they did for brakes, pedals, master cylinder, shifter, steering box....

But we got to see them help an old fart make himself look like a fool. And THAT'S great TV.

JJ should stick to mulchers or choppers.
