Hot Rods Donuts police car at Epping

Can someone help me contact the owner of the hot rod vintage police car that was at last year's New England Hot Rod Reunion at Epping The license plate read "DONUTS". I believe the car was from Maine. It was with the show cars. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
