HI,Does anyone know where to purchase door latches for a woodie car? Thanks

Bear claws can be made to fit just about anything or find the national woodie club

 

National woodie club site has computer problems or is not active.I tried to join lots of times with no reply.

 

I like the latches out of mid 80's VW's/Audi's. They are compact, about the same size as a bear claw so they fit almost anywhere and are better quality than the bear claw's I've seen. Plus they are real cheap and easy to find in yards. You should be able to make one fit a woodie.
Of course none of this is any help if what you're after is original or original style latches. If you can't get in touch with the woodie club try the Model A resto guys, (Just don't tell 'em your building a hot rod ) those guys are like Trekies, they know every bolt and screw and where to get spares.
