Anyone found a source for replacement door "pins". These go into the hinges to join the two halves of the hinge. They have a raised, section near the head. I need them for the 41 Ford, but suspect others might be similar in that vintage.

Yup. he had them! thanks! Of course, he asks do you want the long ones for mirrors? I reply with "uhhh, I haven't gotten that far in the build, just send me the short ones".

weld up a square, say 1/2 in maybe even 3/4 in. solid stock, that will fit over hinge drill large hole in top, directly below hole, drill small hole and thread it, use stainless allen head 1/4 inch or less, depending on size of pin. taper, threaded bolt, slip square over hinge and start screwing,up from bottom, after soaking with lubricant. Tap with hammer, as you go. good luck..

Large hole in top is so pin can rise thru and hole directly below, means on the under side of the block to thread and push it up thru? Is that correct?

    yep, your on to me,
made mine in 11th grade shop, amazed my instructor. 54 years ago.

don't forget to tap, even if you use a blunt chisel, I think the tapping does it: when the bolt get tight. tap then tighten , repeat.
