Walking through the salina show this past weekend, really nice model a coupe, with the same lettering on the trunk lid as my avatar, "Dos Lo Baws, out there USA, est.1956. Was there such a club?
I think they are out of Iowa, southeast part, down by Des Moines...there are one or two guys on here (don't recall user names tho) that can tell you if it was in fact a club years ago. R-
We party with these guys, at the nats in Louisville every year. It's the only time we see them. Great bunch of guys, cool cars, very traditional. Look forward to hanging with them in a couple of weeks. Was the coupe severely chopped, channeled, with scallops? Rich
I believe there's a user named "brandon" that has that club name & tag line as his signature... So, how do you even properly pronounce their name? Is it like spanish for "two wolves," or is supposed to be like "those low boys," or "low balls," or what?
2 low balls .....was it a flat black a roadster with a flatty? i'm sure there have been a few cars since '02..... wonder if the espn thing is on youtube..?
if yours is the 28/29 (gary's old car) ....it was the first. about 12:30 am think i did the green modified (scott & jims)next.

Its still the same, had to put new tires on her and rebuild the generato and starter, besides that i drive the hell out of her!
i have a buddy down in humeston iowa that has "dos lo baws" on his sedan. tryin to get ahold of him for some info on them.

did you buy it from gary or the guy that did. coolest running flatty around. seems like it had wires on it when it was at the nats in 02
was garys dad the original builder? I had heard it was on ESPN but have never seen it, i think i have owned it for about 8 years
is it gregs old one...nail bender (i think) with flames on the roof someone needs to post the espn thing.... world famous at that point Brandon, I have the sedan with the flames on it, Greg's my dad. Check out my album. Bill Wineland from Humeston IA built his own Chevy Sedan. Haven't had it to the nats since I got it (I'm in Denver). But it's been to the HAMB Drags 3 times.
I'll be flying out on Thursday, but the rest of the guys are driving out early Wednesday morning. Jeff isn't going.
