    150 MPH with a 3.78 and a really short looking rear tire, They were twisting that Hemi pretty Damn good.
    But, the thing that really got my attention was 150 MPH and NO parachute, single pot M/C, bumpy track surface in shut down, ..... nothing can go wrong here!
    The early Pilots had Large Brass Balls for sure!
    Beautiful looking car.

  18. What kind of ford is this with a cammer in it? That's a funky injector tube arrangement!

    It's the rambler in the post below by rooman and thats a hemi not a cammer. Funky injector tubes are for firewall clearance.

    Preston Honea's "Bill Kraft" Rambler Marlin did have a 392 Chrysler in it.
    It was built at Blair's Speed Shop in Pasadena.
    I was hanging out there on my Schwinn Stingray at the time !
