Dragster reminds me of those mail order kit cars offered by Kellison Manufacturing back throughout the 60's.

Eddie Pauling's rear engined Dart ran some decent numbers when it debuted in 1967. He replaced it with a 392 powered rear engined Cougar dubbed by the same name

Is the Walker / Densham Funny Car the same Densham as in Gary Densham? If so who is the Walker and what is the history of the car? What year is the picture taken and where was it taken?

Gary Densham, OCIR, 1971. Walker ? Maybe Bruce Walker that later drove the Barry Setzer PS car. I seem to remember Bruce Walker working for Childs and Albert.

Hayward Register, there's a name I haven't heard, or thought of, in years! Wasn't he partners with Bobby Warren at one time?

Reminds me of the points race at Suffolk when Bobby shows up with a '69 Camaro looking like he drove it off the street. No lettering, decals or anything. It even had a chrome bumper hitch on it.

After he made several time runs (under the record) someone realized that this was not just a street car, it was World Champ Bobby Warren! That's when they told him to remove the hitch cuz it was perceived to be "disguised ballast".

Murry's got a nicer looking car than pretty much all the new guys except this one...Mike Cross drives it and he's actually qualified this thing against all the new-tech sit up cars!

The first pic is Benny Osborn from the previous page, the rest are of a brand new, legal N/TF car...I could watch this guy run all day, even if he isn't smokin' the tires!

No, Walker served as a long time partnership in the Walker and Geary series of fuel altereds. The picture here was from 1972. In 71, the Pinto featured a robin blue paint scheme and was sponsored by G&S Transmissions
