    This shot is telling me about a wonderful time living in a perfect era. The landscape the cars and the ladies in the Ranchero....how about the perfect Dragster and Drag coupe? Breathtaking Thank you.

  5. It's Ernie Hashim's fueler from bakersfield. Was a bad ass car in the late 50's. In the second shot you can see the nose of Tony Waters blown De Soto T roadster. An even more bad ass car. The little blown fuel De Soto pushed it over 180, and won it's share of top eliminator races in it's day. If the front mounted Blower's plenum had not exploded at the 1000 foot in the TE final, Tony would have won the 1960 March Meet. I know that because I was one of the fans dodging the schrapnel !

    One of my favorite cars, the Lovelle Bros. At one time this car held the track records at most of the local So-Cal tracks. Car ran mid 9's
