    Please offer some history on the lil Anglia. Its not often we get someone who raced one of these things

    Ive got an old Anglia I am revamping, I aquired it from my dads field 5 years ago. My dad is positive the guy he got it from was Jack Shores 30 years ago. I was told by someone that if it was not red it probably was not Jacks. Maybe it was not yet raced by Jack or it was another Jack Shores. But there is no red paint I can find, just red rust.

    Ive completely built an all new chassis, kept the front straight axle and Halibrand spindle mount fronts, with the Mickey Thompson 3 rears, and the original MOON fuel tank. I plan on driving it next summer, fingers crossed.

    Gage and Sons ran blown fuel very breifly; handling quirks were too much to overcome. The car was quickly reverted to injected gas were it reamined a staple on the inj gas funny car circuit
