Alaskan Bob Lunsford. Saw him at least a couple of times when he ventured down here to Southern California for the really big meets. This car hauld, able to run well below the national record

Yes it is the same track -little River Texas (Temple Academy) I think that was taken around 1967 or 68. The 57 belonged to Bob Steakley Steakley Bros 57. Heres a link to more photos of Little River. at that same event.

 

That exhaust is messing with my head. The top right looks like a painting.
