Bob Kohn is the owner/driver out of the Phoenix area. Power is by a 500" Butler built Pontiac. Pretty sure it is an automatic but, not positive. Ran low 10s a few years back, may be quicker now. Looks like it has a 'glass bumper too.

The red sedan is a 4 speed and owned by Ken Ondrejko of Mesa, Az

Some local action from the early - mid 60s . The first 2 are of my dad having fun back before I came along and ruined it for him.

I remember seeing this gentleman and his dragstrip on HotRod TV.
I enjoyed the segment. The small time tracks are a great step back in time.

The two junior fuelers depcited in the thumbnails feature the classic stance of those little thunderous machines. So simple in construction and theory, yet all so very quick. They are a favorite who amongst our ranks decree themselves as purists.

  14. Been going through my photos taken from 1961 to 1964. No internet stuff, all taken by me at Indy, Cecil County, York US30, Island, Flemington, Atco, etc.

  27. The finish line is in sight for today.
The '56 Chevy F/G, the '64 Dodge S/S, and the '60 Corvette were mine, back in the day. Not as famous as some, but as hard core as thay come.
