    Taken this past Spring at the Hemmings Musclepalooza at Lebanon Valley Dragway is the restored Cobra Jet Mustang once driven by Al Joniec. Beautiful restoration!

    IBB41 The "Psycho" Mustang of Snodgrass & Mahken ( spelling?) finished its racing life in Australia it was wriiten off at Calder Park Raceway in Victoria when driven by Alan Walton. It was one of a number of cars that were lost to the notorious short breaking area of that strip in its early years of racing. There are still a few bits of it left the Fire suit is still around with the teams name on the back of it. I wonder if there are any more pics of it as it started out with a SOHC Ford Engine and it was changed to a 392 Hemi Chrysler which it had in it when it came to Australia.

    Im almost positive thats the International Amphitheater On Halsted Street in Chicago. Just 10 minutes away from my house.

    the car responsible for my Dad's drag racing addiction, the building of the car that went on to be Al's Gasser, and ultimately my drag racing obsession :)
