Really great shot of Kirby's vet that later became Marv Eldridge's Fiberglass Trends car. This was one bitchin car maintained and wrenched by my friend Mike D'Dario who is now in charge of Infineon Raceways ticket Dept. Mike and I visited Marv in 1971 prior to his death. What a bummer. BTW, Lance Larson began his career with Marv. I dated Lance's sister and don't think he has forgiven me. Lance is a talented crew chief with tenacity, spirit and a big belly. Keep the photos coming. This picture of Jungle's cars brings back memories. Claire Sanders and Jungle dominated many races. Many thought that after Ronnie put me in his car that Ronnie was building another car so we could travel the match race circut. They #1 overstated our finances and #2 underestimated my desire to make it happen. Ronnie is the best brother a guy could have. He put me in each of his cars except his last vega. Thanks for the memories.
