Hot Rods Drag Link set up with 4 Bar?

setting up 4 bar with vega cross steer on Model A frame. Is the drag link supposed to be horizontally flat like the tie rod or is it supposed to angle up towards the drivers side to match the angle of the panhard bar? or does it not matter?

 

Everything should be parallel.... or as close as feasibly possible.

 

Keep all the steering components and bars parallel to the ground, it will handle better and eliminate any bump steer.

 

The panhard bar should be parallel to the drag link and the same length.

Parallel to the ground is ideal, if possible.
