I had a blast at Eagle Field running the Drag Rod down the 1/8th mile. This run that I made after an oildown late in the day was slippery... fun... but slippery. I had to abort the run. I made five other passes... and had an awesome time. Hope more of you yayhoos make it out there in May.
Wonderful videos! Thanks for posting. I don't understand the lack of comments??? I guess everybody is building banger powered TROG rides and wearing as(s)cot's. Both of those cars should look into signing a tire sponsor.
Neat video, bad traction. I remember going to the first one held there with Sam when they restarted it up, flag start and no timing. It was fun though. Keep it up Sam, DragRod is looking and sounding great.
My thoughts exactly! Good idea on the tire sponsor... Every time I do a burn out, I lust for more horsepower... I don't think I'll be satisfied until I'm doing half-track burnouts like John Force used to do before Coil told him he was screwin' up his spark plugs.
