Okay, that'd be entirely too *****in.

If it were the 2nd week in August I might could bring the Berkeley ('56).

    Don't worry, it'll be slow, it's built for B-Ville.:D

You have a first year Berk? Gennie or is it one of the repops, and which model in either case?

ps. Here's a Wiki link Joe, several of the secondary links have a bunch of pictures too.

Used ta was, trying to get that number back on the car (907 is the area code for the state of Alaska :D).

IIRC it was #559 at the '08 meet (when Pop's bought it).

It's in 'rework' right now, hopefully we can get the mechanical stuff finished here in the next 3 weeks or so, do some minor body repairs and then finish the tow rig so I can get on puting a push truck together (got a '50 Jimmy 5 window that doesn't run, and a totaled '04 Trailblazer W/ the straight 6, there's gotta be a running driving push truck somewhere in between the two:rolleyes:).

That is if I can get my daily to quit breaking.:(:rolleyes:

Guess that's what I get for taking over the maintenance on it, it gets all accustomed to repair work and such.

If I get Photobucket and my Derrr-puter to cooperate, I'll start a thread on the main board about it (the Berkeley, not puting a late model 'plant into a '50 Jimmy). About the same time I start a 'build diary' over on Landracing.

Sorry for the hijack guys, but I think it would be really cool to run there, and especially to meet some of you, in person like.:)

Of course that would ***ume (that darn word again) that we don't break it at Speedweek.
