Brian and I had the time of our lives at the Day of the Drags. El Jefe gave us a few minutes off to take a few trips down the track. Much to our surprise, our Flathead roadsters were neck and neck on every run. I know a lot of you were yawning as we crawled by on our way to mid-17 second passes. For us, just staring at the competition the ENTIRE length of the track was the best adrenaline rush ever!! I wouldn't have had any more fun in a 9 second car.

Reggie, I know what you are saying! What a rush. But, 17's, damn that is flying!! I think Jay and I were screaming along in the 19's! A good race is a good race no matter how fast it is. Jeff
