Drag Strip @ Alameda Naval Base...??

That was a "gl*** half empty" reply.
I think if it worked in the 50's it might also work in the 00's! The stock car tacks all run "mufflers", SCCA had sound regs and compe***ors run divertors to keep the "noise" down.
It would surely take a big bag 'O' $ to make such a thing happen, so who's up for it?
