The red Top Hat car,and that previous blue car both have a low stance that reminds me of your car....Stance is everything.

This is Jack Alcott's C/A Coupe from back in the day, it's so cool.

 

The "C&H Automotive" A/Altered Coupe, I'll bet it was a hoot to drive!

 

this would be the blue coupe last year at a show, check out the trophies, if I remember right 1953 was the oldest one

I see a lot of old photos of Model-A racecars with holes drilled in the visor at the top of the windshield. Did it really work or was it done just because it was "the thing to do"?
