I have a set of 9" Ford gears to set up for a Sand Rail and it will use the Splined Coupler Yoke like most Dragsters use.

I've got limited time to get this project done, so my question is: What do you use to hold the yoke to set Pinion Bearing Preload?

Shops that normaly do this have a section of the male spline that is welded to a handle. It has an opening in the center for the socket. www.markwilliams.com sells the complete tool or just the spline part (pn 40650 $55)to make your own.
