  3. Take a look at the Chris Alston ChassisWorks site.

    If you don't see it there, give em a call.

    What I'm talking about is, their Drag Racing 27 T roadster comes in a dis-assembled kit or welded on a jig.

    You may find one of their roll cage pieces fits what you need.

    I couldn't find the article, but do some digging for AV8's article on Kent Fuller and sand bending the tubing.

    After all these years of building beautiful and flowing chassis he still bends tubes with the sand method.

    Looking from here it seems the best way for you and remembering the article it doesn't seem all that difficult.

    There may be a learning curve, but sacrificing a length of DOM would be ok.
    You can cut it up and use the good pieces elsewhere.

    I'd buy dry sand in bags at the lumberyard.

    Come and get it . . . free.....
