I've been gone for awhile now - long hours at work, out in the garage and at the model bench have been cutting severly into my HAMB time in the last couple of months. Anyway, enough excuses. Somewhere, I had seen and printed out a set of drawings of thirties-era open-wheel race designs. They were full-on tech drawings on some website or another. I gave the print-outs to a buddy who was building a FWD Miller-esque car, and have since lost my bookmark to them. Anyone have a line on these? I have a source for some period parts, and am now considering building a racer of my own. Thanks,
I've seen repro drawings at the Sprint Car Museum in Knoxville IA, about 15 miles from my house. Can get you the address or pick up a set and ship them, let me know..Steve
I didn't mention, I think the racer plans are $30. for a three drawing set. flyinj1...might have to get to K-ville for the vintage races, it's a short drive. You going?
