Holy shit!!! That thing has the proportions of a Weesner painting!!! The wheels and tires look so fucking big and that is a compliment in the nicest of ways. I really love it DB!!!

On a side note, I want that Firestone sign in the worst way.

I hope I'm not disturbing your zen. But, I was wondering what 54 make that dash comes from.

    Haha thanks man.

I dont like 28/29 visors either. I dunno about 30/31. I think I'm gonna make my own, sort of a shallower, sexier 28/29.

That's the best compliment it could get. Thank you!

If my sign disappears I'm lookin your way!

Whaddoo I look like, a walking car encyclopedia? Go film something:p

And that would be more than I paid for it :)

    Me too:eek:

Kidding. The quarter and back pieces are rough right in the middle where I would be chopping it, I figured why not clean them up off the car and get em straight and good. Then I can brace up the body and get a solid foundation for the roof. I'm playing around with proportions right now. I just dont want it to look dumb. Meanwhile the doors open and close now so thats cool. :)

Started on the dash tonight. Kinda like putting a round peg in a square hole. God knows how this will turn out...

Trimmed up the back a tad..

    Tacked her in..

Still gotta fill the speaker hole and trim up the ends then fill some weird spots here n there.. I kinda like it. It looks crooked at this angle, but it's straight. I may section it, we'll see. :)

Tacked it in at a forward angle and "bent" it back into the dash as I was tacking. It's hard to explain but there's some weird curves in the dash right there. Had to stop early but I'll wrap it up tomorrow and clean up the welds. :)

    Thanks guys. :)

The whole point is to move the wheel an inch or so to the right because it's so big. I dont want to skin my knuckles on the door when I turn, ya know?

    Lunchtime update...
