  1. Love it man. It's got the "look". I really like the late 40's 50's dash thing. Really adds cloose (Class + cool):rolleyes:.

    The glove box lines up, it just doesn't close all the way til I get the latch on it. I kept the ashtray. I might shave it. Dunno yet...

    Oh and the original trim is gonna be put back on.

    LOVE the hinges...Im going similar on my coupe...when you get the handle/latch and the hinges installed posted some pics I would love to see em!

    Any pictures of how you mounted the box to the inside of the frame and what kind of hole you cut? Also did you shim the back because of the angle of the rails?

    Yeah I used the part of the box I cut off as a washer to get the angle right. I just used a hole saw to cut the hole and cleaned it up with a flapper on the little die-grinder thingie. Before all this I made a template outta poster board so I would know where the holes go...

    Really like the way you've mounted the steering box.Done something like it with mine,cleans up the chassis rails no end.Well worth the effort on a box section frame.Nice job.
