    Thanks dudes.

    Only had a couple hours to work tonight so I knocked out some headlight stands..

    I had the fender braces still so I cut a small section from them and welded em to the shock mounts.

  12. Those headlight stands are awesome! Its cool how the stands just dissappear when the headlights are mounted.

    This whole car is just rad...

    Stands look great, just thinking out loud but the bars to the lights are quite long so will they flex under the weight of the headlights ???

    Car is looking great :)

    Dreddybear, I think the headlights are perfectly positioned, the stands were a great solution. Doin good!

    Not trying to sound to odd with this but, the car looks like something from a 1950's horror movie. Scene: You come out from some were and go under the car all of a sudden, the engine starts the lights flicker and the headlights turn on. you turn your head in confusion but its to late. The car's back wheel comes landing on you and the wheels start spinning and blood splatters all over the Firestone sign. The music changes to a 50's Horror music as the title pops out ""WHEN CARS ATTACK: THE REVENGE OF WALTER"

  29. I was having breakfast with a guy this last Sunday who was busting your chops about what a hunk this project was. and how you were doing nothing right on it and he would have done this and that and the other thing,maybe you know this cat, he goes by "ugotpk" here on the board.:D
    car looks great. I'm at work so I'll check out the full thread at home tonight.
