hey i think you mentioned in an earlier post about cruzin all the way to vegas for that show in April i may be wrong ...
Well anyways i want to build a 28 29 coupe as well this MAY

it might not get done infact i havent even got the body yet haha

maybe we should try and get some people from austin or something and cruzzz all the way up in a group

just an idea

 

I'm gettin married the last week of march, and roundup is the second week of april. I'm pretty much gonna be in roundup mode in april

My camera is fried but there is ALOT of progress: Steering is done and the wheels turn the right way and shit, trans xmember is done, brake pedal is mounted, engine is completely done, all the parts and stuff necesarry for running brakes and fuel system is here and I'm sorting it all out..linkage,gas pedal, fuel block,fittings, etc.. Driveshaft will be ready monday and I'm dropping off the radiator to have some alterations made. Mark and I are gonna build a floor and take the body off to clearance the ladder bars and make some rear spring adjustments. There's alot happening in a SHORT amount of time. I have a camera I can borrow so I'll keep up with all of it. Here's a arsty shot from a few weeks ago...

It's the rattiest rat rod that evar rat. I got a big "Ratillac" decal like they had in the 50's.

Come on Paul, you surely got a new camera for Christmas. With all the time off for the holidays I know you did some great new work on Darth Walter. OK, Post Please.

 

No new camera, but a few days ago I stole Cammie's and snapped a couple pics. I couldnt find the download cord til today...

Manifolds are on, I don't know what I'll coat them with but they will get something. I gotta get the balancer on and hook up the oil filter then it's close to firing



I got a radiator! It's in but I need to double spring bolt it.



Got the throttle shaft extender things and some throttle arms and stuff. Gonna hook it up straight.



Steering is hooked up. It looks awesome and doesnt hit a thing.



I have all the brake and fuel stuff ready to go, but first I have to install the driveshaft and build the floor so I can take the body off .

Yep, stock manifolds. I need em for the kind of exhaust I wanna do. If all goes according to plan the exhaust will look awesome.
