Does anybody specialize in drilling oil passages in 4 banger crankshafts for pressurized connecting rod oiling or any other model crankshaft that will swap in ? Would like to do full pressurized oiling in my Model A 4 banger.
    Thanks John

Iv'e done this on Techumsa (sp). one cylinder engines that I used to race. the theory is the same.

I held the crank in the milling machine vise and using a long drill bit started at the rod journal and aimed for the main. Used a center drill to get started on the angle. then a short drill, then a long drill. I put a groove around the main journal so oil would hopefully be constant flow to the rod.

If there is not a clear path to do it in one shot then you need to do intersecting holes and plug the leakers.

there was a multi part article in $treet Rodder about these engines built by a shop that did all the tricks, counterweighting, etc, etc
