On a 49-56 p***enger car rear end,is there a way to tell which drive axle is from which side..?I got a pair from a friend,they seem identical,not marked in any way,as far as I can tell
Not sure but I don't think there's any difference. If there is, I'm sure others will chime in. Stand each axle up, side by side and compare. Same length? Same spline count (should be)? Same cir***ference one end to the other? If all checks out, new bearings/seals and slap 'em in!
