That has got to be the stupidest expression of all time. If you actually were driving a stolen car, you would carefully inspect for blown lights (you can get pulled over for a blown tail light you know) and then drive slowly, carefully, and inconspicuously as possible hoping not to draw attention to yourself or get arrested. Not in Kansas City you wouldn't anyone in mid town that ever played grand theft auto and wanted to try driving steals a toyota and thinks that they are in the grand prix Kansas City. There is a phrase from the post man that comes to mind, "my name is Ford Lincoln Mercury because I want to drive cars..." Now onto the art show/party I would try and make it for a free tatoo or just a clean up on my existing tatoo.
The Hellbilly's are back and will be playing the show. As for free tattoo's that's not happening but the art show and afterparty are free.
