Drive shaft length?

    Back in the day I would push the yoke in, then pull it out about an inch and then measure center to center between front and rear ujoint caps.

    Well now I have this lowered thing, at drive height it's 44" using above method and at lowest slam it's 42". Is having the yoke out 2+" from the tail shaft, at drive height, a bad thing?

    I would guess the yoke is about 5" or 6" in length.

    I think you're within the "good" range - I've built similar cars. Your only other choice would be to play with rear suspension to see if you can change rear joint travel curve, but I wouldn't screw with it!
