1952-59 Ford Drive shaft /Slip Yoke for Toploader?

    Just putting in the 302 in the Ranch Wagon . The trans is a Toploader from a 68 Mustang /Cougar RUG E2 on the tag.

    Can I get some help on where to go for yokes ? Drive shaft will be custom .

    I have read lots on this forum and thank you . Now that we're down to doing the job I see I missed a post or two .

    Check with the guy who does your driveshaft. The guy who did mine had a bunch of books and found one for me. You may have to count the teeth on the output shaft and the diameter of the output shaft.

    That model trans is probably a 28 spline output which is fairly common a****st Fords (C4, 3-speed, etc.). I would agree with the comment above, if you are having a custom shaft made that shop can likely source one for you.
