Technical Driving/Utilization/Damage

I am shopping for insurance for my '34' roadster and these questions came up in discussions with reps from various agencies, so - I forward them here to get an idea from you guys.
I know all these questions/answers will depend on the type of vehicle, and won't be an apples to apples comparison, but it might be interesting see just how often they are driven.

Driving - How much driving do you do? How often, How far?
Utilization - Is it a show car, parade car, daily driver, racer, something else?
Damage - Car show damage, parking lot, if/when you drive it - do you street park or leave it out overnight?
Anything else which might be considered pertinent?
