I've got a 3 in. drop axele and a set of 3 in. drop springs. A couple questions, do I need to use the wedges on the bottom of the old springs or can I go with out them? If so where can I get these wedges or can I take the old ones off the old spring pacs? One more thing , the tie rod drop blocks,is that all it takes to get the tie rod below the spring where it belongs? Any input appreciated. Thanks Jim

Put them back - handles better with some caster. Clean up & re-install the old ones unless rusted badly. Any alignment shop stocks them.

4 degree shims can be had from cl***ic-haulers for about $10 each.
