I usually just lurk but ran across this and am a bit stumped. Supposedly its a sbc - in a 55 Chevy Pickup. I'm waiting for a link to the ad but in the meantime has anyone ever seen a dual distributor set-up like this?
never have seen a dual plug sbc head......but the front drive distrubutor setup could be a pete jackson , laughton, or summers bros. setup.....ones probably a dummy .......brandon
The Pete Jackson front drive, came originaly with a short dummy drive to run the oil pump. I would say that this guy didn't have the original pump drive, and just used the stock dist to get the job done. Ed
