Technical Dual Master Cylinder

    I think 5.5 ratio is just adequate, but not optimal. I'd prefer something around 6.5:1 for manual brakes to make the pedal ratio easier to stop with less foot pressure.

    finally got my master cylinder back. Had the brake side bored out to 1 inch left the clutch side 3/4 as it worked perfectly, minimal effort to depress the clutch. I took my 29 roadster out for a run today in between rain squalls from hurricane Ian the brakes were like power brakes and I had plenty of pedal up top. This was a bit of a struggle but now well worth the effort. I originally wanted 7/8 bore on both sides which probably would have accomplished what I wanted, but those size pistons were not available. thanks for all the support and ideas from everyone. Rich

    drove the 29 roadster to cars and coffee this morning at McKees 37 this morning the work was wekk worth it as my car was an absolute pleasure to drive
