Dualsaw? website video

    Just got home and turned on the TV surfing through the chanels and Billy Mays was advertizing the Dualsaw.
    Does anybody on here have one of these saws? It looked too easy, but I think I want one..........................

    pretty dam cool
    sure would remove the danger of the thin fiber wheels alot of us are using to cut steel with..ever have one of those come apart on ya..a bit scarry..

    180 bucks..not too bad..220 including shipping.

    im sure it will soon be in stores

    Billy M can get on your nerves tho

    Sears has their own version of it, has had it for several years I think there's even a newer version with a bigger diameter. I'm tempted by it but haven't tried one yet. I think I'll try the Sears tool so I can easily take it back if I don't like it.

    Thanks yoyodyne I checked Sears.com I can get that version for 100 bucks. Guess I gotta wait till monday now......:(

    I've got the one from Sears--it'll go through anything.

    Easy to handle, no sparks, clean cuts. I used it to cut a door in the back wall of my shop--went through nails and OSB like they were cardboard.

    I've also cut metal with it. The one thing I didn't like is that it throw metal shavings/bits EVERYWHERE? You'll end up with them in your hair, behind your safety classes, in your socks... that was actually kinda miserable. The blades cut, rather than grind through, and since they're spinning in opposite directions, the little chips go in all directions.
