people suck. he should be whipped with a cane like they do in Singapore. going to jail for 6 months won't change people like that, but after a couple cane beatings he might decide to take a better path in life than the one he is on now.

 

This guy has "something about marry" hair. Caining might help. They used to hang thiefs

 

My ex son in law last week while intoxicated, smashed into a pole, went to the hospital and was then arrested. Good news was it was his own OT car not a restored old car.

 

I'm wondering how he even got it started...

 

We don't know what has brought this person to this place in his life- or what state of desperation caused him to commit this act . People for the most part don't set out in life to be homeless or addicts. I feel bad for the guy that lost his car-hopefully he has the gift of forgiveness. but I really think a job and regaining his self respect would do the perpetrator a lot more good than your suggestion.
