durability model a

I remember an old Hot Rod issue had a small article on a model a sedan that was built to cruise across America.I think the article said it was built to prove that an old street rod could be very durable/dependable.Does anyone remember this car and have some pics or info?thanks,edwardo

 

If you hang around ahooga.com, you will several that there are several stock Model As that cross America often

 

I was hoping to find info on this particular hot rod,the issue could even be 20 years old.I guess i'll start looking through my boxes of old magazines.
