DuraSpark Tag Needs Decoding

Can you decode this tag for me? The distributor is supposed to have come from a late-'70s Jeep V8, but I'd like to know for real.

Excellent! Thanks for help on that. It's amazingly clean and tight and has a new-looking Standard Blue Streak cap and rotor.

 

Is there any way to tell more specifically what car it was in?
