I read Ryan's post and tried them on the bias plys on the front of my shoebox. definite improvement especially in that period before tires warm up.
Daily driver only vehicle, 35 K miles no problems, '49 Chevy 1/2 ton, just returned from a 900 mile round trip. A friend gave me a set of original wheels with really good pinstriping also original to the set, I really didn't want to put ugly weights on these beautiful (to me) wheels. I believe it's 5 years for the beads, have to check my receipts to be sure. Cosmo49
