wow...that's cool......i hate seeing the rich guys bid for braggin right (would if i had it too) but that's one of the cool things about ebay......seeing things that you would never get to see in a lifetime....it has helped me to learn a LOT..

The problem is...as soon as you bolt them on they are no longer NOS. They would look really cool in a museum just the way they are. In the box!

I hate it when they put "garage sale/estate sale find" in the description. You know they didn't pay squat for it when they list it that way. I bet the guy probably paid a stupid price of like $20.00 for them and figured he'd sell them for a $100.00. I bet he'll **** a brick when they reach a final selling price of $3,000.00! But then he'll go to every sale and pickup every **** old car part and think he'll make a ton on those items too!
Or maybe he's a HAMBER and will make enough to buy a new project or 2!

Coolest part of the auction is the fact that the seller started it with an opening bid of $2.99, and no reserve. I think they'll top $4,500.00.

 

I could write him a check for any amount he might want if he doesn't mind stretchable ones!
