Yeah, there used to be a 'contact member' ****on or something with an option of sending a PM or an email if the member had provided an address.
You still can... However, a user can also set their profile so that other users can't email them and must convo instead.
Scroll to the top of this page and look for the ribbon icons. Hover your cursor over the "head and shoulders" icon to see the drop down menu. Then click on PRIVACY and I think you'll find the setting you're looking for there...
Seems a little vague,but no big deal. HRP You will receive a copy of emails sent by the administrator to all members of the site.
