E-mail alerts

What do I have to do to turn OFF the email alerts that I get every single time someone starts a conversation with me,I see the red envelope so I don't need the notification. HRP

Click on 'Oscar' and go to "contact details";


Scroll down to "messaging preferences" and de-select the "receive email when a new conversation..." box.
