I've been driving this puppy around for about 10 years, but it's time to let it go. I've had people ask when I'm going to paint it. I answer it is painted, grey primer... Then they ask why I don't put on fancy wheels. They are fancy wheels.... Early Ford 16's, car front, pickup rear, 1"wider. It was built in about 1950 with a flattie, as evidenced by the motor mounts. Then in 1968 it was treated to the current 289 (5-bolt), 3-speed tranny, and rear, all from a Fairlane. The swap was not completed 'till I got it about 10 years ago. I installed a column shift and seat. It is worn, tattered, patina'd, and otherwise scruffy, but it runs great. Any questions, feel free to ask.... These pics were taken when I first started driving the bugger. It now needs new primer, and seat covering. The green gator on the seat is the original hyde-of-nauga from my buddy's Henry J, and the plaid is an after market seat cover for a '50 Ford pickup. Both are tattered......
