    Very cool! The track is an hour away from me and still open. Md used to be a hot bed for racing. We have lost so many tracks over the years it’s nice to see one still up and running.

    I was born and raised in Hagerstown but ended up here in south Georgia when I got out of the Navy in 1973. I used to ride my bicycle to the races every Saturday that they held them. Back then it didn't cost anything to get into the spectator area. I remember seeing Tommy Ivo run his four engine dragster.
