Technical Early Armstrong Lever Shocks

    Over the last few years I have seen more Armstrong Lever Shocks being used on Hot Rods but haven't been able to talk with the owners to see how they were working out. Have any of you guy's ran them? If so what did you think of them? & would you run them again.
    They seem to be about 1/2 the width of an early Ford shock and I'm a little tight between the frame and wishbone of my roadster.

    I have lever shocks on my T. They work just fine. You can sort of adjust them by changing out the oil in the shock.........heavier oil stiffer shock, lite oil very cushy. This picture shows them right under the head lights

  3. image.jpeg They work fine. I've got em on all corners of my 32, and they look ok too!

    Thanks for the info guy's. I like those and think that's what I'm going with.
    What weight and type of oil are you guy's running?
